Got Ubuntu dual booting, Eclipse setup, and was able to build the project. Referencing Issue #8 as closed.

Got it compiling and generating kinematic outputs in the console when running in Linux MINT.
Get Ubuntu installed, link to the project in eclipse, build the project.
