Run the whole pipeline on an EEG data set. This task will require to 1) change the way data are read and 2) how bad channels are detected and fixed.
A sample EEG data set can be downloaded from the FieldTrip website
You can also use your own EEG data set. If you plan to do so, please provide details about the paradigm, EEG acquisition system and electrode layout.
