A clock #14

On French servers, we got players from Quebec. But Montréal isn't in the
same time zone as Paris, an other example with the USA : L.A. isn't in the
same time zone as N.Y.C., so having a clock (based on the server's clock
and not our computer one) would be a good thing. :)

I Agree with that.. I play in Argentinian server and the hour is from 
germany... I
never know when someone sent me a message...
Maybe if you could specify the difference in hours and the Tool could correct it
every time...

I checked the v0.10 Gladiatus clock, but what I see it's my computer clock and 
not the server clock. I'm from Italy, I tried to login inside the Argentinian 
server but it always shows the same clock time. Seb, is that working for you?
