Add an option which does this:

In the html code, replace "premiumsubmenuitem" with "submenuitem".

The result is shown in the attached image. A pretty list once again.

Hi Tom, I don't want to modify anything related with GameForge business (and 
Jeweller is surely business related ^^), so I must reject this enhancement 
proposal, I'm sorry.

Okay cool, I understand.

I must admit, I never expected to see you active again. You might want to
take a look at http://www.epiratiko.webs.com/crazyaddons.htm. This add-on
pretty much replaced GT.

compatibility, so I thought to give a look at issue list to fix something.
