Fix page not found on the tutorial page #12

On Tutorial page, the link Edit this page is to be fixed as the page to which it links is not available

This requires updating https://github.com/Neurotech-HQ/sarufi-docs/blob/main/docusaurus.config.js#L31 possibly also the section in https://github.com/Neurotech-HQ/sarufi-docs/blob/main/docusaurus.config.js#L94 should be updated

edit this page still points to a url that returns nothing/not found. I tried edit this page on Basic concept and terminology
