Not sure exactly what's the best interface for these in terms of packaging, but I think it would be useful to have some CLI tool to report the delay and RTF for a given model and either a single combination of sample rate/buffer size or a sweep of common sample rate/buffer size combinations.
The delay is similar to what we output when we export the models, but we currently only do it for 48k/512 and we don't display any RTF.
