[cm] Adding offline rendering method #42

This PR is no. 1 of 6 PRs that together will make the SDK compatible with most model configurations.

This PR adds the offline rendering method required for wav2wav architectures.

Looks good! Can we put all the offline PRs on a different branch first and merge it into main later?

Yeah we can keep the changes on the PR branches and merge them all at the end.
