Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Apache Kafka lets its users to compress their messages by using the Log Compacted Topic strategy.

Describe the solution you'd like A log compacted topic reduces overall space usage by removing message previous versions by its key.

This could be just a feature a not a must for default configurations.
