Add checks to arrakis that generate statistics. #14

Each event should store the following from track_id info:

  1. starting kinetic energy
  2. parent_id
  3. pdg

Each event should accumulate the following statistics:

  1. energy distribution for each particle type
  2. label distributions for each particle type
