Fix delta and shower logic. #15

Add extra parameters for delta electrons. These should determine whether the hits get labeled as deltas, or get lumped into the parent track.

Add extra parameters for showers. These should determine whether points adjacent to conversions get lumped in, whether comptons get labeled as blips or showers.
