Develop a tutorial for getting set up with Blip, creating a new model/loss/module/etc., and training/evaluating, then using BlipDisplay.

Tutorials should include

  1. Setting up Blip locally/perlmutter using docker
  2. Basic config structure, dataset/model/loss/metric/analysis/etc.
  3. Example with MNIST writing custom files
  4. Example with BlipGraph
  5. Example with NDLAr
  6. BlipDisplay

Should be some pre-tutorial docs for setting up VSCode and Perlmutter
