Get sim::SimEnergyDeposit information from IonAndScint and grab the number of electrons associated to each capture. #4

Currently there is no way to associate a SimEnergyDeposit with the particle that generated the deposit. This is because the parent ID of the track associated with the deposit is not saved in LArSoft. I've asked Hans Wenzel to add a parent ID data member to the SimEnergyDeposit class so that we can track them.
