Logging in with hook proxy causes debug #160

Try to login with the hook proxy enabled. The client will debug with this
message:

The hook proxy works fine if you start it when you are already logged in.

I'll have to test on my laptop(at vista) later, since it works fine on my XP 
SP3 pc.

Just tested it as well. I cannot reproduce it anymore.
