1 year ago facing the same behaviour, it's enabled and after some loadingscreen activity it disapears e.g. using Hearthstone or vehicles. After Disable/Enabling it the Micro Menu is back again. i just recently updated bartender and since then i have the problem.
when exiting vehicle etc it disappears
