Feature request: audio volume boost for AC3,DTS,E-AC3, etc. #425

Video files encoded with one of those formats usually have low audio volume. If the LAV Audio Decoder dialogue had a setting to boost the audio volume, it would be really helpful.

LAV Audio is just a decoder. I do not plan to offer such controls.
