My antivirus flags a Win32.LocalInfect.2 alert when downloading v 0.77.

This is a false positive. LAV has been scanned by a large variety of scanners with only one very generic false-positive detection: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/9a9ab8122565199268247f2ad821fc0d6bbcc53d0e553b94e57f7c7d55c07b48
