[Lav Splitter] How do I set Splitter not to use default subtitle #537

my lav Splitter Setting is: audio: jpn,eng subtitle: eng,jpn subtitle selection mode : default style

but my video is started with ita subtitles which is the default subtitle. how do I fix that? I don't want to use the default subtitle

okay I just ran some tests. this isn't a LAV issue. LAV Splitter works fine with MPC-HC But if you use MPC-BE it only loads default values. so yeah it's an mpc-be issue

I'm not sure which one of you guys should patch this issue but if it's not LAV-Filters, someone should notify mpc-be's maintainers
