Wrong tooltip text. #228

I believe the top one was a str belt and the bottom was a mana potion.

I redownloaded the latest version and replaced files, working now...

That's a PoE text corruption bug: https://www.filterblade.xyz/FAQ?search=weird Restarting the game always fixes this.
