Images to be replaced with newest available #32

This update allows for a custom header image for each page by passing the image path via front matter to the header partial which is pulled into the default and home templates. We also need to remove any older photography throughout and replace with the newest images available.

@reneems9 you've done a fantastic job with the banner images. They really lift the whole site! I appreciate the time it must have taken to sift through everything for the best photos and then composite them all together and do the sizings. Thanks again for your hard work on that. Glad I've finally got them in the site!
