AVF sends OnDecodedEndOfStream after pushing data, not after getting EOF frame #65

See if there IS a way to get EOF data from IOS output

This seems to be okay, as

We block-flush with EOF packet and all frames seem to come out
There is no EOF output from decoder

Tested on mac, should double check ios works the same way
