What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Make a call using G.711

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal voice, but I'm hearing a heavily distorted robotic voice

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Doubango r1053 on WP8

Please provide any additional information below.
