Land Info on Dynmap #7

Hook into Dynmap to show:

Land Borders
Name of owner when hover over border/area

Somehow ability to filter by specific player, e.g. highlight only Land from your /myland menu based on if you are logged into website, not sure how we would do this though.

I would start by using https://github.com/webbukkit/Dynmap-Towny as a reference for how to hook Landmanager into Dynmap. Rather than having filters based on playername, I would suggest giving the owner of the claim the option to customise their border colour and icons, much like how Dynmap-Towny does so.
