Would be nice to use LOIC DoS (or Stress-test =P) algorithms (like ReCoil, SlowLoic) as libraries, for non-IRC based DDoS.

it will be good to make dll and an app but the algorithms are not hard, you can write them by yourself

the slpit permit generated "more interesting" proyects, for example a "test kit for dos vuln"
