Slow HTTP Attacks #61

Adding slow HTTP DoS attacks would be nice. I'll open a pull request if/when I manage to get it done on my local repo.

Some methods are available on the not-yet-released 2.9.9.99 (to become 3.0.0.0) on the 'master' branch. You can build manually with Visual Studio 2010+ or Mono.
