not all features from clipped layers from `bcdata.sh` script coming through #102

no bcdata.txt listed features coming through for a large portion of the study area to the east. Everything east of half the Kispiox and Zymoetz are missing

guessing this is an issue with a misformed bounding box fed to bcdata dump. Something in the transformfrom wsg84 to albers? Any thoughts @smnorris ?

well - seems to have just gone away - ha. weird. no issues on last few runs. not sure why that happened...

thinking the issue was likely an incomplete download of the watershed group "Area of Interest" due to api eject on bcdata download
