`.qgs` bcfishpass mobile updates

transfer whole qgs file to projects. seems like the name of the qgs or qgz does not matter

or script over the themes to new project qgs files themes don't transfer with qlr file but looks like it would be an insert into the qgs

qgz are zipped and not editable from what I can gather

if we wanted we could use a text editor I believe with placement of themes between

<visibility-presets/>

and

<transformContext/>

• [x] proper form_fiss_site styles

so far we have 4 themes. Will close when low detail - Salmon Model is added and Salmon Model clicked for High Detail - Crossings
