Reproducible Field Projects prototype
change file names
overhaul bash scripts to deal effectively and safely with updates to background_layers geopackage through same scripts used for gpkg creation,
separate bcdata and aws portions of gpkg creation,
add params used in bcfishpass to the gpkg,
allow hashing out of text files (mostly for testing)
add time stamped tracking file.
update GPKG variable name.
prep for migration to stand alone R package
