add some photos for condition for the moti work and add condition (1-5) as well as erosion. Add place for extra photo notes #19

Seems lacking to not have a bit more on condition and more room for photos
dont think we want more than 10 photos because then we can't load to pscis
make names informative so that we can append the column name to the photo name after collection with R and tell the story
ex. photo_condition, photo_embankment, photo_blockage, photo_extra1
