workflow for individual fish data collected on paper fieldcard

A potential approach might be something like the following:

• record all fish in seperate csv as per the field cards but record row number of pit tags only (vs the actual pit tag reference).
• dplyr::separate the pit tag out from the rest of the info in the pit tag csv
• dplyr::left_join join fish csv with pit tag csv in R based on the row number. row numbers should match once imported to R and tibble::rowid_to_column() is applied to the imported dataframe but that is something we should check against the paper cards before joining.
• paste0 pit tag and fish comments in r
• readr::write_csv and generate a 10% random list of row numbers of fish to qa that it is done correctly. nrow of the pit tag dataframe with a random sample()of round(nrow/10,0) . set.seed for this in the script so that it is documented which rows were checked.
• QA by hand
• copy and paste fish data into excel fish submission template
