mostly done here https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/dff-2022/commit/19bf6f3a223aab2804d10faf6f0e2036e612423f but could use the comments added if they are already written down somewhere
closed in favour of #12 although we may need this script if paper backups used
A potential approach might be something like the following:
dplyr::separate
the pit tag out from the rest of the info in the pit tag csvdplyr::left_join
join fish csv with pit tag csv in R based on the row number. row numbers should match once imported to R andtibble::rowid_to_column()
is applied to the imported dataframe but that is something we should check against the paper cards before joining.paste0
pit tag and fish comments in rreadr::write_csv
and generate a 10% random list of row numbers of fish to qa that it is done correctly. nrow of the pit tag dataframe with a randomsample()
ofround(nrow/10,0)
.set.seed
for this in the script so that it is documented which rows were checked.
