site was revisited to conduct baseline fish sampling to prep for replacement but site was almost completely dry
not sure it is the best plan but could script over amalgamated culvert photo from onedrive into subfolder of photos/197640/2023 and pull from there.
We were going to get some baseline fisheries for the site last year but when Mateo went there to scope the site on September 12 to check for flows before we mobed the full crew - it was completely dry except for a very small outlet pool.
Should also note that there were two pipes and add dimension if we have them.

Need to get updates from MoTi and/or OW or CWF regarding design and plans for remediation
