Culvert data and model data links in web map are broken #115

Both of these links in tab_hab_map and tab_map objects at bottom of tables script don't work. Is the data maybe stored somewhere else now?

The culvert data is working online but this issue needs to be addressed before the bcfishpass model summary will populate. Objects are built with https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_bulkley_2022_reporting/blob/main/scripts/02_reporting/0190-build-html-map-tables.R .

Once its fixed we could look at how long it takes to build these objects and potentially just add then to the tables.R script if its not long. Its just another thing to remember to update...
