include resize of backup in photo dump workflow #4

This has three parts with part 3 important because we do not push most our photos to the repo.

  1. backup storage drive or cloud from original folders
  2. create intermediate folders with resized photos within the repo and file.rename into the folders built from the spreadsheets.
  3. following final sort - read metadata into backup table to shows where each photo went so it can be repeated. this might be a bit of a process so for now we could just backup the sorted files onto our storage drive. Another solution is to push everything to AWS or other cloud backup.
