`hab_fish_collect` only has 3 sites #67

none of the site_id s match the fish sites in the habitat_confirmations.xls file

when building hab_fish_collect_map_prep3 switch to remove NFC was on with the following comments above it

"this time we ditch the nfc because we don't want it to look like sites are non-fish bearing. Its a multipass thing WATCH THIS IN THE FUTURE"

We turn this off as we are not dealing with mulitpass electrofishing so we want to show where no fish were captured

weigert ds_ef1 is not in the right location. We started fishing at the same spot as we started the FHAP
