hmm. guessing you missed the amalgamated output here

https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_fraser_2023_reporting/blob/main/data/imports_extracted/pscis_export_submission.csv built from this script?

I shouldn't have committed all at the same time. those individual exports were just backup vs the actual inputs_extracted . oh well.

imports_extracted in that filepath is my typo too. should be inputs_extracted

i may be misunderstanding. I'll pull and look

Nope. looks like the backup file was used to get to the pscis file with maybe no QGIS trace

So. I guess next time - best way to go is to:

  1. fix comments in QGIS
  2. rerun the script that produces the backups and the export
  3. use the export to copy paste into pscis (should have been in inputs_extracted vs imports_extracted (not sure where I got that name from lol)

not sure the best way forward. 10 ways to kill a cat. Please let me know via slack if you pick this up again though. I'll do the same
