British Columbia Timber Sales is planning to deactivate the Chuchinka-Colbourne FSR between the location of 125345 (Tributary to Parsnip River) and the Chuckhinka-Anzac FSR (Table 9) (pers comm. Stephanie Sundquist, BCTS Planning Forester). The work is schedule for July and August of 2022. BCTS was able to obtain funding for the work through the Forest Carbon Initiative and the work will include a full road rehabilitation as well as decompaction and replanting.
