missing tagged road photo

fpr_photo_remove_dupes is identifying 20230825_153423_road.jpg as a duplicate but not identifying the photo is a duplicate of. In reality there is no duplicate of this photo in the file. This is because the duplicate is found in another file but the slice function assumes the photos duplicated are in the same site directory!
