missing tagged road photo

looks like the reason this went missing after fpr_photo_remove_dupes was run is that it had the same date_time_original and camera model as the photo tagged with papercard. That is not possible since we only had one iphone 13 pro max running so is really strange!

Will transfer back to main photo location {onedrive}/projects/2023_data/peace/photos from the location without duplicates removed ( {onedrive}/projects/repo/fish_passage_peace_2023_reporting/photos/sorted_all ) by hand
