burn renamed photos direct from `mergin/ignore_mobile/photos/resized` to onedrive `photos/sorted` directories #6

working function built in https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_peace_2023_reporting/blob/main/scripts/01_prep_inputs/0120-photos.R for now

probably doesn't matter that photos renamed are lowercase extension .jpg vs upper case .JPG but we should watch for issues arising due to that later on.

Left to do is to remove duplicate photos (renamed photos from Mergin are also present in photo directories with IOS images having completely different name from import to Mergin and android photos having label appended to original name)

can find duplicates based on exact match of date_created timestamp and another column
