create memos for sites not written up yet and QA existing memos #22

I believe there are still 9 or 10 sites that need to be completed!!

first step will be to branch and ensure that you can run it. I tested it not that long ago but incompatibilities have a way of creeping in. running both the gitbook and pdf versions would be prudent. watch out for huge pdf and html files that should not get committed to the repo.
