We can review the pscis_phase2.xls and habitat_confirmations.xls spreadsheets to see if there are more.

I reviewed both spreadsheets and all crossings and hab cons seem to be accounted for in the report. Although I did notice that some info from Witset Creek is missing (there's an open issue regarding that). I'll add that and close the issue. I haven't done a super in depth review of all the existing memos but I can do that as well to make sure all the stream characteristics and info is included and nothing else is missing.
