Updated nanika, thautil, and lamprey memos and other changes #31

There is no modelling data for these three memos (nanika, lamprey and thautil). Should the modelling tables be left out for now? And we could estimate upstream modelled habitat from GIS? Let me know what you want to do about that and I can make an issue about it.
