needed the field tracks added to the geopackage. there are two channels so "typical" upstream depends on which channel the photos were taken at

staememtn in memo "Tributaries such as the one flowing through crossing 197378 could provide critical spawning and rearing habitat for resident fish species coming from Owen Lake" seems extrememly unlikley since the habitat is not great at all
