Spitballing suggested workflow - worth consideration and should align and/or learn from https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_skeena_2022_reporting/issues/130

Script addition of habitat_confirmations.xls file to subfolder of data/2023/habitat_confirmations.xls (in case we update the "main" file in the 2023 repo)

script in objects required for fpr_table_fish_site(), fpr_table_fish_density() and fpr_plot_fish_box() in stand alone script (tables_2023 or something)

Here are the fish results for this site. Again it seems like fish are able to pass through the crossing, both species are found upstream and downstream. Lots of coho found upstream too which would indicate passage to me since it is an anadromous species. Let me know what you think and I can adjust the conclusion before PR. I have excluded the results from resampling on day 2 for surveyor efficiency.

Not sure about the conclusion for this one, should culvert be replaced or not? Culverts seem is ok shape.
