i think there is an issue in the bulk about building the road_class (or whaterver its called) objects with the layers we have in the bcfishpass.crossings
layer (bcfishpass object) with case_whens. That will be the way to do it. If you see that issue at some point lets link it here.
looks like the cost estimate table for the results never made it into this report
Noticed the Glen Vowell crossing had no cost estimate info in the tab_cost_est_phase2
object. That was due to no my_road_class
/ my_road_surface
join match in tab_cost_rd_mult
object built from csv.
Also need to deal with Sterritt some how since it is no longer recommended for replacemnt so doesm't need cost estimate. Will filter from restults table
All cost estimates were incorrectly calculated giveing massive overestimation of habittat/$.
Will fix all above and close but
Also Kitwanga trib has related cost estimate info https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_skeena_2022_reporting/issues/90 will not be addressed so will need to be addressed before that one is closed
also updateing cost estimates to $30k/m to better reflect current replacemnt costs
I labelled as low priority for now because I can get to this later once memos and other stuff is done first. Just wondering if I'm following a similar workflow to how it was done in the bulkley report? Helpful issue from bulkley repo here
