Conclusion

What's all this about a dam, I never actually saw one? I surveyed for 800m and don't think I saw a dam. However, I did take this photo shown below on the survey. When I georeferenced it, it's pretty close to where the dam is supposed to be. Is it possible that this used to be a dam? Ya tons of those logs though that are perpendicular to the stream and look like they were placed there on purpose.

two dams show on that aquatic barriers website and one shows in the FISS_obstacles layer of our shared mergin project. Could be historic and gone or perhaps there is another one further upstream than you surveyed. Dam or dams should be mentioned and it should be noted if you made it to the mapped location and it was not there (show the picture). The dams are in the bcfishpass.crossings layer too and we should use the latest silly IDs from the remote database to describe.

Dam seems to be so close to Kispiox that it seems like a decent spot to put a drinking water intake setup.....

We describe what is "good" about habitat and use our rankings (lame but true).

looks like there are two chris_culvert_ids. The Pscis form has the diameters of both pipes added together but it is clear to see in the photos that they are not the same elevation so only the diameter of 1 should be input. Size of both can go in comment

Am I assuming both culverts have the same diameter? Looks that way from the photos. Also there are 3 moti points near that crossing. 1524776 and 1524775 share the same diameter (1.8) while 1524774 has a diameter of 0.5. I'll assume the latter is not a part of this crossing then? I wonder where that one is coming from then.
