`feature` UTMs in `habitat_confirmations.xls` #102

As per the pop up in the spreadsheet UTMs are for features only and are not the utms of the site.

Currently all rows of step 3 are populated with UTMs.

UTMs for features are derived from gps track_points by extracting the point that matches closest the time it was recorded on the gps of the person that recorded it (gps_id)

site 8547_ds has a LWD Jam feature and the feature_time was recorded on Jess's gps, but from what I can see we only have gps tracks for Al and Mateo. So for this site I matched the feature_time with the photo with the same time, which does look like a wood jam, and used the UTM coordinates from the photo. photo is below for refence. feature_time = 2023-09-20 16:03:03 (PDT)
