Completed the fish data submission using https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_template_reporting/pull/29
some sites were missing in bcfishpass so I had to hand bomb the watershed_group_code

let me know if I can do anything else to help with this.

can see which sites in https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_template_reporting/pull/29/commits/cba006c9465107497590bc0fd616d8945c1e42af - something must be not quite right - for example we can see 124500 in our QGIS bcfishpass.crossings_vwlayer
