The following sites have multiple pipes, and therefore have more than one moti id.:

pscis 58067
pscis 123377
pscis 197640
pscis 198215

4 are re assessments from 2021 or 2020

Looked back at site 8300091 and didn't see any second pipe. Remember doing that assessment myself and only saw one. The rest of the pscis sites have had a second chris_culvert_id appended to the comments.
