I had initially tried to separate this into 2 PRS (one for skeena data and one for simp and necr data). But this second PR includes all the commits from the first PR so I just cancelled the first one. I think it's because I forgot to switch to main before creating another branch. Anyways, hope this is clear. You can merge this one. The last 3 commits in the list below are all from NECR and SIMP data QA. I changed the names of the exported file names to keep it separate from skeena data.
