Updated 0060_pscis_tidy.R to only contain scripts used to prepare form for QGIS data QA
updated with calls to fpr_sp_gpkg_backup
moved scripts to "add data" into 02_pscis_add_data.R like in Fraser repo
moved and updated the "append MOTI culvert Id and time" code chunk to 0140-pscis-export-submission.R because I think it should be done after the QA has been finalized. Updated to append all culvert id's since we have chris_culvert_id1/2/3 now.
Removed "pscis export only" section because it is all taken care of in 0140-pscis-export-submission.R, which I copied over from Fraser repo.
[ ] I think we should add/update all scripts from 01b_pscis_tidy.R to 0060_pscis_tidy.R because the addition of columns should be done before the QGIS QA because they are used in the QA. Still need to do this.
Renamed and cleaned up 0130-pscis-export-photos.R. Phase 2 section was duplicated.

Moved mateo's previous work into a new folder in case we need it
